Either he's got an undetected substance or he's simply doing it under the guidance of someone who knows what they're doing and knows how to cycle correctly and avoid tests. These tests are not as foolproof as you're making them out to be.
Man, I'm a big fan actually and I'm not interested in making him out to be guilty until proven innocent, but I'm not naive. PED's are too widespread to think there's just NO WAY my favorite fighter could be on them, he's a nice guy, he can't have possibly have done that, no. Lots of nice guys are probably on them.
He's innocent till proven guilty. But articles titled "Manny Pacquio is not on Steroids or PEDS...Plain and Very Simple" are a joke. Period. Just like it would be a joke for some Floyd obsessive to come out with an article titled "Floyd Mayweather is not on Steroids or PEDs...Plain and Very simple." Or any boxer or any athlete, there's no way you can know that. Suspicion in these times are reasonable, it doesn't mean you should slander a guy saying I know he is on them if you don't have any evidence, but there's always a chance.
Who cares what Paulie says anyway?
