Heading to Vegas Next week.

This will be my first trip there was wondering what the hot spots are and places I have to check out while I'm there? Would totally appreciate your guys input.

I will be free in the evening and night, but during the morning and early afternoon I will be playing in the world series of beer pong trying to win the 4 day tournament and 50,000 dollar prize. I'm super pumped I have wanted to go to Vegas forever. Would be even better if there was a fight the same weekend but there isn't, guess I'll just have to go back another time.

Actually the company bpong (Beer Pong | Official Beer Pong Tables, Rules, Games, and the World Series of Beer Pong | BPONG.COM) has satellite tournaments all year long around the country if you win one of satellite tournaments your automatically in the World series or you can purchase your way in it cost 500 per person so 1000 per team and that covers 4 nights stay in vegas as well.
I won a sattellite tournament back in August but wasn't sure I was gonna be able to go to Vegas because I quit my old job and started working for my Fiances dad and wasn't sure if he would allow me to take the time off since I just started working for him, well he said I could take the time off so now I'm def going.
Don't know if I will win but I just can't wait to go and give it a try. Theres some damn good beer pong players all over the county and the best ones will be at this tournament. I'm so looking forward to going.

I cant get my head past thinking about how cool it would be to win this thing. I mean, just going to it is pretty cool and sounds like a blast.

But let me paint a scenario for you here Ben. Other World Championships everyone is going to know about. For eg, if you are a world champion tennis player, or soccer player, or race car driver, or most sports really, everyone will know it and it will become a part of you. There will always be expectations. But to be a world champion in beer pong...well, that is a different deal, and a whole different kind of cool.

Youd be super cool to your friends for years of course, but there is more...

Heres the scenario. Many years later you are sitting on your front porch talking about sports with your grandson, who is now a teen, and at just the right moment you quietly tell him..."You know boy, I once won a world championship."

Somewhat surprised, maybe even not sure whether to believe you as he had never heard of anything like it, he asks, "Really? For what?"

Then you leave the room for a minute, to go get that trophy which has been carfully tucked away some years ago for just this sort of moment. You stop in the fridge and pick up 2 beer on your way back. You hand him a beer, crack yours open, then you show him that shiny bad boy with your name on it..."World Beer Pong Champion."

I've never been to Vegas neither, hope that you'll enjoy the whole deal, no matter if you win or not, after all, the idea is to enjoy the ride Thus said, if you win, we all expect that you will share this moment and of course, this price with us Have a good one mate and defo, let us know how it went.

Trick is to visualize your self holding that trophy and already spend the cash in your mind, imagine having it make it happen in the mind and the flesh follows.Go through the end game in your mind and tick everybox so its all instinct on the day and walk in beaming like the cat who has come for the cheese.

If its any bump for your faith I was one of the last people to wish Joe Hashem of Australia good luck the night before he flew out to Vegas, he won 30 million and the world poker crown.

He knew he was going to win there was no other option for him, luck just had no choice in the matter it had to get up and go along with with him.

He was already getting a marble fireplace installed into his bedroom before he even left thats how much faith he had in winning he was spending it already.

I saw this on my facebook update page and assumed you were having some kind of joke !

then i googled beer pong and been reading all about it - I want in !!

Going to get a game going over here next time am down the pub - which will be in about 4 hours or so

Vegas is awesome you'll love it even if you have no plans - you can kill a week just looking round the hotels
