Mayweather. I'm already pissed off that he'd rather go to court than fight in the ring, but if he then ignores the fact that Malignaggi outright said he must be on something and fights him instead, it'll be ridiculous. Come to think of it, if this fight doesn't happen because Pacquiao doesn't want to take random blood tests, then i will lose all respect for him

Mayweather. Anything else would indicate that Manny never wanted any part of Mayweather to begin with. Either because he is on something or else running scared. If it is any other opponent then they too should demand blood testing. It's up to the commisions now to get their game in order so we can have a more rigorous sport.

If Pacquiao doesn't agree to random testing now, then i can't see him agreeing to it in future. Also, by refusing them outright, Mayweather won't let him off, and any future negotiations will likely break down over the same issue. The only way i see it happening is the NSAC improves their testing methods, but i won't hold my breath.

pac is agreeable to it now, just not too close to the fight.
If Pacquiao doesn't agree to random testing now, then i can't see him agreeing to it in future. the breakdown of the negotiation is not just because pac doesn't agree to random testing but also because mayweather is insistent on their demand for olympic style testing wherein fighters can be drawn blood even within 48 hours of the fight.
