every journey begins with one step. Even if that's one you're taking whilst coughing and wheezing. But your mind has to be in it otherwise you are just tinkering round the edges. For you it might be that a gradual approach works best, for others it's like flicking a switch and they fall straight in to eating clean and regular exercise.
