I think the point he's trying to make is that most scientists agree that Urine AND Blood tests are the best testing methods we have today. While they are not 100% fool proof, they are the best at the moment.

it's clear bro that they're making an issue to a test that everybody in boxing is doing before and after the fight. Experts say that urine test can be used to detect but haters will not admit to it because they are " the EXPERTS" now in PED detection.

Anyway, haters will be haters (e.g. VD and Branman) and huggers will be huggers (e.g. Branman).

Pac agrees to random drug testings and haters will never be contented unless it's an Olympic drug test.

If Mayweather agrees to Pac's deal then it means random drug testing is the best way to detect PEDS.
