I'd actually like to know the answer to that as well?
I always thought the term 'Philip' sounded acceptable enough. I guess not
I mean with Pakistanis, they got bad abuse with the term P*** so unless the association with the term Philip is a sour one then i don't get it
Flip does sound a lil bit derogatory though. Especially with the possible connotations![]()

the term "Flip" was coined by young Filipinos who were born and raised abroad, mostly in the U.S. ( I guess they didn't know any better). But in the Philippines, the term "Flip" is considered derogatory, not because it is racist, but because in the Filipino colloquial vocabulary, the word "Flip" refers to a deranged or Psychotic person(i.e. he flipped out or he's flipped his wig). So in the Philippines, calling a Filipino "Flip" would be like calling someone a "Nutjob" or a "Psycho". If you want to refer to Filipinos in an abbreviated form, then "Pinoy" is the accepted term.
So, what you are saying is, Pacquiao is on drugs, and we should overlook this because he is now a pinoy? But don't flip out if he happens to be clean and wipes the floor with Mayweather.
"Floyd needs to inject Xylocaine into his balls to gain the courage to fight Pacquiao."
- and I quote from some random guy on the internet
come on man, don't tell me america doesn't have their own crack epidemic. i think almost all countries do. the philippines as well.
but yeah, pot is good. i just hope the philippine government recognizes that, which is far from happening. sad really...
sorry to go off-topic.
yeah cause crack heads are gonna tell everyone that they smoke crack. my point is, you can't deny the crack epidemic that exist in most countries, especially the ghettos.
the only reason why "more" people smoke weed now is cause it's starting to become legal. there was "less" before because people we're more discreet about it for fear of big brother.

come on kabayan, people need to be educated about the benefits of the herb.not only its therapeutic qualities but also industrial and environmental ones too.
and fyi, crack=shabu; pot=marijuana. very different from each other.
say no to crack. just look at uncle roger and mayweather sr.![]()
You may add mayweather jr. for the sake of DOUBTING. His father is a known trafficker. He must have used some when he was younger.![]()
I've never used herb kabayan. I'm against its use. Some of my classmates in high school started with herbs then proceeded with shabu and I don't know what they are currently using now.

if sr. never smoked crack, i'm sure roger did. his missing front teeth are a dead giveaway.
why are you against its use? moral reasons? health reasons? mental reasons?
i think the "gateway drug theory" can be misinterpreted. what happened to your high school classmates can be an environmental effect on their lifestyle and not because of the herb itself. let me ask you something(s), do you smoke cigarettes? drink alcohol?
sorry for hijacking the thread. with a thread opener like that, discussions like these are bound to happen

I don't smoke and I don't drink alcohol. I drink wine (around 4.5 alcohol) from time to time. I don't gamble, don't go to parties and don't womanize.
My life is boring.I only find excitement in Saddo and in boxing
By the way, this thread deserved to be hijacked.LOL
