Purse bids are set for Jan 18th, with Golden Boy and Universal in on the act too.
Like alot of people said lets wait and see, if Franky boy doesnt like where the fight lands he could still vacate.
Bradley would pick Khan apart, he is too well rounded and experienced for him.
Bradley hasn't got alot of power but his right hand packs some pop, I feel he takes Khan out in about 5-7 rounds, maybe earlier if he can really land big with the right.
Khan would probably beat Maidana based on his speed and movement although Maidana's power and durability can cause Khan alot of problems. Maidana certainly has a punchers chance.
Respect to Khan if he does fight these two opponents.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.
Yup, I'll definitely give Khan kudos for fighting Maidana. He's avoided the punchers long enough since Prescott so it's time to test how far you've come.
But I too agree that Khan should take Maidana from what I saw against Ortiz. It's hard to hurt him even though you can knock him down but if Khan keeps things tight and doesn't get hot headed, he'll be too good. So for me he's expected to win..not to say he won't get the credit.
Then if he gets to Bradley, he will have truely convinced me that he is the real deal (depending on how he does - He may still raise his stock with a loss if it is a good performance)
Exactly - Khan was looking ahead to his next fight when he fought Prescott and BOOM he was asleep.
I'm still not sure Khan is 'chinny' in the true sense of the word. I just think he left himself too open in his early fights and got hit. The shot that sparked him from Prescott would have taken most people out if they hung their chin out like Khan did and got caught bang on.
I said right from the start that Khan has the potential to be a massive star. He has cross over appeal and as British Muslim could actually build bridges between the two 'sides'. Much like Barry McGuigan did for Ireland back in the day.
'To speak with his equal and irish man is forced to talk with God...'
