I have read it. The only change in Mannys camp was an offer to reduce the window for testing from 30 days to 24 days. That is far from any acceptance of random blood testing.

Manny has thrown away the fight, and it doesn't matter how Arum tries to spin it. The facts are there in the article. Mayweathers demands were the same as they have been all the way through negotiations. It is Manny's camp that offered the lame proposal of 24 days before the fight. A very weak move to make them look as though they are offering something, despite the fact that there is nothing random in their proposal and still allows for possible loopholes.

Don't try to reason them Miles, they will just stick to what Manny does even if he would kill somebody, they just don't want to be objective.

I think you don't get it, don't you? Did you ever saw me said he was juiced? Read my old posts, I always said he has to be proven innocent till the opposite but that his refusal to get a tea spoon of blood removed, which absolutely can't weaken him makes it all very dubious and with reason. Like it or not, it is dubious for reasons. Fact. Like it or not, it's suspicious he refuses something so basic for 40 millions. Fact. Like it or not, it is humanly impossible to be weakened for such a small quantity of blood, biologically proven by every specialists. Fact.
