People on this forum have lost it! I would not say Pacquiao is afraid to take a blood test because he might get caught. It makes no logical sense at all. Here is why.
Let us say, you have amassed a very nice fortune and could retire today. You love your wife and family dearly and wouldn't do anything to jeopardize your relationship. They are more important to you than anything and would die for them. You are planning a trip to a Vegas conference. You have actually cheated on your wife and got away with it because it's impossible that you could ever get caught. (There is almost no guy wouldn't) Your friend is another very wealthy guy going with you and his gold digger wife suspects him of cheating. His wife is watching him very closely and has actually hired a private detective to watch his every move. Your wife knows this and has told you about it. Your friend tells you that he has lined up some very hot playboy mansion type girls for your trip to Vegas. Now tell me you're going to screw up the life you love and cheat! That would make no sense at all.
