Now let's wait for a fight between FLoyd and Mosley without the bullshit random testing despite the fact that Mosley admitted using steroids in the fast.
WTF!!!!

I see that you, like most of the general public are sorely misinformed. BTW, despite his Balco past, Mosley agreed to random blood testing, although Floyd said it wasn't required in this case. Notice how Mosley's camp didn't hit the roof when it was mentioned? It sure is funny that a known past user jumps at the opportunity to be tested conclusively, while Pacquiao runs the other way. I think Pac might be on some things that Mosley isn't (these days)

The title of this topic is uncorrect: IT should read: a convinced cheater caught hand in the jar and a suspected cheater.

That's the way it is, not the way it ends
I think it's early to tell if Cotto's career is over. How can one say Cotto wasn't the same after Margarito? He had a fight with Clottey which he had to dig deep to win and then he fought Pac. How about we wait and see what he does this year and the next to decide if he's shot or not?
We can tell by watching his movements and such in fights. Also, many get the feeling that mentally, he isn't the super-confident, 32-0 undefeated fighter that he was when he went in against Margarito. If he can manage to get over the mental blocks created from the two brutal losses, we may see flashes of the old Cotto. Still, he had a long list of physical injuries as a result of those bouts and it's hard for any fighter to come back stronger after wars like those.
Don't get me wrong, I'm sure that with talent like his, he can still compete in championship bouts. There's been a lot of talk about a fight with Hatton. That might be just the kind of fight he needs to regain some of that lost confidence. That would be a very physical, brutal fight, that would end with Cotto really hurting Hatton.
