it's a fact Xylocaine is not banned in 1 state (nevada) but there's valid reasons too why it's banned in 49 other usa states. it's safe to say Xylocaine is a widely banned illegal substance

dude give it up, Floyd only uses xylocaine for his hands due to him having incredibly fragile hands, if it was helping him hit harder at all he'd have a hell of a lot more KO's as of late
