What is the "kop?"
I like to compare Liverpool to the Boston Red Sox, I think you can't change the name of the stadium even if you build a new one...if the BoSox get a new stadium it WILL be named "New Fenway" and eventually be "Fenway Park" again and yes there will be a Green Monster in Left Field just like there is right now and the dimensions of the field won't change at all.
They'll eventually work it out to where it's still Anfield even if a company has to pay to keep the name the same (which would in turn win over a bunch of fans).

Gotta respect the Liverpool fans how loyal they are to benitez, cos at any other club he would of been laughed out of there along time ago.
Now another master stroke by the Spainsh man, Liverpool who havent played for the best part of two weeks look so average, in probably the only realistic trophey they can win.
Im sorry Liverpool fans Benitez has to go hasnt got a clue that man, I now its Reading but the form your in you at least have a good go, good old Benitez looks lie hes lost the dressing room to me and the result meaning your dumped out of the cup.
I cant talk are current form is woeful but you have been woeful all year and the fat man has got to go if you want to turn this around, imo you have no chance of 4th aswell.

I agree, I think if they just fire Rafa and offer Klinnsman the moon they will be able to negate any ill effects...maybe even Torres would stay.

Finishing 5th could actually help us out only if #1 we get a new coach and #2 we spend for quality players over the summer....not being in the Champions League would suck, but we could focus 100% on the Premier title and if we had a good transfer season and got a solid coach and avoid injuries we should be able to win the title next season.
Finishing out of the top 4 would suck for various reasons but it could get the attention of the players make, them play harder and we could come back with a vengence next season!
Liverpool isn't a horrible team this season we've just got bad luck paired with bad decision making. Injuries plus Rafa's quirkiness have ruined this season but one of those issues is EASILY solved

It's the part of the stadium behind the goal where people were able to stand for many years. The support was always loud and boisterous and added to the formidable home atmosphere. It's not quite the same these days what with it being all seated, but it is still part of the tradition.
