Martirosyan vs Ouma on Jan 16

Ouma has been inactive and even when he has had some fights the fire and more importantly the volume-punching just aren't there. Martirosyan should get a stoppage not by KO, but either towel or ref.

Agreed...I was once big on Ouma...even after he beat my Boy Verno Phillips I was a big Fan...The volume punching was something to marvel at...Could not cracj an egg but the work rate was more then impressive...Not sure what happened but he just slipped....

I think moving up to face Taylor really did him in, he's looked very tentative since that fight.

Very well could be I mean from what I remember Ouma looked real small for that fight...He does not carry too much extra weight around on him so maybe the jump did hurt him...

Crazy thing is he did more then respectable against Taylor....

Yeah man, Taylor looked huge in that fight, and he's really not that big a guy. I thought the fight was closer than the cards reflected, but Taylor took it for sure. I would love to see the Ouma of old come out for just this one fight, he would have been a great ambassador for the sport, he's a really good guy and he's always gracious in victory and defeat.
