I suppose you're going to try and tell me that Evans Ashira isn't the best LMW in the world.

i dont know a lot about boxing, but are any of the guys on that list decent?

A few are decent or used to be very good (James Toney), but none should be (nor are they) considered champions by anyone other than the minor bodies which have given them belts.
