I think he should and he should lobby the commisions to advance their current testing procedures, but I'm doubtful as to whether he will bother to press the issue.

I didn't quite get the mass hysteria over the Cotto catchweight either. To be fair trying to get Clottey to come down would be absurd, he's a bigger welter than Cotto. I actually didn't care about the ten million dollar a pound clause either. Floyd set a catchweight fight with a smaller guy and then seemingly didn't really try to make the weight. What's the problem really? Anyway, Floyd may be a douche but its kind of a deflection cause Pacquaio deserves the lions share of the blame for this immense fuck up.

i agree. i think floyd has to show some sort of consistency in his demand for higher standard of testing, but then i think nobody would really care about it when he does chose his next opponent.
