I just don't think he is very good. It's all off of his fathers name so far, and he hasn't beaten anyone of any real note. Admittedly, he didn't have an amateur career, but I think he is too limited to ever amount to much. He steps up and he will get beat, he doesn't step up and it's more of the same.

He's probably on Mayweather's current wishlist.

julito may not be a great boxer, may not have any amateur experience and may not have beaten the best opponents but the kid is still undefeated and that says alot about his potential! but i will agree that he needs to step it up right now while he's still young because if he continues to languish and face mediocre opponents he will never improve himself. what he needs is a rough, tough opponent who will bloody his nose, his eyes and knock him down a couple of times. only then will the boxing public see if this kid has any heart and has what it takes to fight with adversity. bob arum is just milking the kid for all he's worth. it's time for him to tell arum to get him some real fight NOW!

I think he is only starting to scratch the surface of how good he is gonna be. He's still a baby without an amature back round, that is why they are taking him so slow. Lets not forget his father (who is my all time favorite by the way) inflated his record by beating a bunch of "Tijuana cab drivers" to quote Greg Haugen, before stepping it up to the big time.

He has displayed one punch KO power with that left hook to the head, something his dad did not have and lets not forget his age. He is only 23 with 41 fight experience, he has his whole career ahead of him, you have to like his chances to be a force in the near future.

not when after 41 pro fights he's still struggling to beat guys who probably work 3 jobs on the side

Tushay Terrible, Tushay LOL never the less given his age I think there is plenty of time for him to improve. Even if it takes him another 3 years to hit the real big time he will still be only 26 and he would have a shit load of rounds under his belt. I still think you gotta like his chances.

This is as good as it gets for him. I think he knows it and isn't very dedicated too (recent weight loss issues). Sooner rather than later provided he doesn't lose to yet another club fighter they'll stick him in the biggest money fight they can with a top fighter and he'll get flattened.

He will never be more then mediocre. Although, he has nothing to be ashamed of, if he wasn't measured against his father's success, he would have had a pretty good pro career.
