I played thanksgiving football and I still feel like I was in a train wreck. There were some big fast dudes and they kept giving me the ball, asses.

Trained on cross trainer, sweating buckets and walked out into the cold for 2 seconds. Got a fever and feel like dying.

body shivering cold or burning hot
heavy head
tired muscles

eesh, just take Clenbuterol - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia & Levothyroxine - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
eat right of course but you wont have to kill your self in the gym as much.
Some of what you are prescribing have very bad side effects. I am over the worst of it, still get the shivers. I guess there is no point training just yet is there?or that a dumb question?

everything has side affects, the clenbuterol gives most people the shakes for a bit and minor cramps here and there, and will keep your body temp pretty high (good thing living in the UK lol) but after a few weeks the shakes and cramps stops (and they aint that bad anyhow, more funny lol)
T4's IMO are fine, but i'm not prescribing - i take them when im training and they work awsome together - but to each their own? i mean the places if have snorted coke off when im out clubbing, pills and speed iv taken are way worse than them so to me i'm not one ot worry about what i stick in my body, i should be though ig uess but hell im not even 25 yet so who gives a crap lol - i'll grow up one day maybe.
Preme the way you are going you will not live to see 30, body just cannot take it the older you get. It takes longer to recover and less tolerant to the crap you put into it. Wean yourself off slowly over the years, if that is possible.

Played football for the first time since November and am knackered legs are stiff as a board, exercising on cross trainer by yourself is nothing compared to the competition of playing. That is the real work out.

Really getting fitter than I have ever been. Running for fun and not being conscious about being tired. Like when you were at school and just ran and ran like Forest Gump, that how I feel. Although it would just take one bad tackle and I will be back to my old self.
