...I am looking forward to "The Expendables" and "The Wolfman"
Havent seen to many movies lately guys and I really haven't posted much on here after I got back from Vegas I have been super busy playing catch up.
Only movie I have soon lately is The Soloist thought it was a pretty decent flight. I'm still waiting to See Inglorious Bastards.
I went to the IMAX to check out Avatar last weekend but the theater was so damn packed I couldn't find a seat so I just left.
finally watched the hangover last night & was not overly impressed, man this film has been hyped. yeah i laughed a few times but no where near enuff for a comedyafter this disappointment i trwated myself to another very mediocre comedy in the form of year one with jack black.
so tonight i got back to a great old skool film with the devils advocate i llove this film seen so many times![]()
Pandorum and Gamer. They're okay.
"The Devil's Advocate"....old school
Dude seriously....just take a look at the AFI 100 years 100 movies catch a couple of those and then let me know how wonderful something like "The Devil's Advocate" is. Sure it's entertainment but there's a big difference in entertainment and film.
"The Guns of Navarone" was on earlier.....great great movie. Now I believe I'll cap off my evening with "Casablanca"
Sherlock Holme's out in a few days over there, I am quite curious, not sure it'll be that great but I've always loved SHerlock Holmes things and I think that Robert Downey JR is on a roll for great performances lately so there must be something interesting getting out of it all.
Hidden Content
That's the way it is, not the way it ends
paranormal activity, spoke to a few people who hate it & sum it scares stupid, i wasnt scared by it personally but there was a few freaky bits in it tho. mainly there is only one person on the screen at a time so it does well to make a film 90 mins long (gotta say maybe 10 mins to long) i am a big fan of the blair witch project & its not as good as that one but it has its moments. as i watched on dvd as opposed to cinema i think i would have rated this much higher because i imagine it would be ten times scarier on big screen as blair witch was.
I watched this French movie the other day called Tell No One I thought it was a pretty good flick it is in subtitles.
yeah i heard of that one it got good reviews but i hate subtitles with a passion u end up just staring at the words instead of watching the movie.
watched The Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call - New Orleans last night & oh my god why oh why did they remake this film its truelly horrible, the original bad lietenant is a classic. another nicolas cage pile of shite! imdb.com has a score of 7.1 for the film (what the hell).
