On Mayweather's part, but not Pac's. Mayweather will have beat a legit threat at WW as his last fight and while Pac would have as well, Cotto was a bigger threat than Clottey. In my opinion Mayweather's taking on the bigger threat of the two. Shane will fight all 12 rounds (unless PBF's defense completely demoralizes him like Wright's did), whereas Clottey may show some quit going into the championship rounds.
