I thought that was from Total Recall after Arnie and Sharon Stone have just finished fighting and she offers to give up the nappy for old time's sake before he sees Richter is on his way up.

Ah I can see how you would think that, and although I am a huge Arnold fan, and Total Recall is one of his best, sadly I was referencing Jurassic Park here.
