    Again.

He should of never of punked out of the Robert Stieglitz fight. It was a loss for him. But at least he had more of a chance than he has against Bute.

The better question is... If Miranda and Brinkley fought.. Who would win?

I have Brinkley on points. Too sharp, doesn't care about getting hit, and he knows how to corral a totally offensive minded fighter pretty well.

Hell I don't even think Miranda could beat Stevens at this point. He is almost exclusively a man with a punch.

I tend to agree though I wouldn't really call Brinkley "sharp"... Yeah, Miranda is a man with a punch against middleweights and the David Banks of the SMW Division... =D

So Miranda loses a war with Pavlik where he was up on the cards before the 6th round. He goes toe to toe with Abraham in their first fight and puts on a better performance against Andre Ward then Kessler did.

Now you think he couldnt beat Brinkley or even Stevens? Man that is just some stupid shit.... Miranda has officially become the most under-rated fighter on this board.

What fight were you watching. I had Pavlik winning every round until the stoppage. And he looked like crap against Ward. Why bring that up?

2 of the 3 judges had Miranda up going into the 6th round.

If Bute and Pavlik win their respective fight, they should then cross the leather together. At least, that's what HBO has in mind by diffusing simultaneously both of their bouts. Miranda is classed #9. Not so bad. I would have preferred another stronger opponent for Bute but guess that the best is yet to come.

Well regardless boxing is a "what have you done for me lately" sport. It's a mute point cuz Ward is going to unify the titles and fight Bute after the super six which will be a pic 'em fight for 168 supremacy.

Damnit I have been meaning to watch this fight. I drank a little too much too soon after a bad day at work. I watched first round then woke up at 2:00 in the morning and I just said " shit I didn't tape it". Then I missed the replay the other day.

You forgot to mention Abraham has a broken jaw early doors then in the rematch destroyed Miranda with out breaking sweat .

    Kessler would smash him aswell.

So Miranda loses to Ward, who you consider to be 1 of the top 2 SMW in the world. He loses to Abraham who I would assume you think will fight Ward in the finals of the S6. Abraham is currently boxrec p4p #9. He loses in what we have already discussed a war with Kelly Pavlik up to the 6th round. Pavlik is currently Boxrec P4P #15. And now Miranda is going to fight Bute, the current Boxrec P4P #10.

Miranda has one of the most impressive resumes today in boxing. How you can say he would probably lose to Brinkley and especially Stevens is laughable to me.

Brinkley loses to guys that are not even ranked in the Boxrec top 50 of their divisions and Stevens..... well we all know he isnt even on Brinkley's level.

For starters Boxrec rankings are a fucking joke to have Bute anywhere near the top 10, secondly you need to take your dick out of Miranda's mouth. You are deluded, his resume?? Who the fuck has Miranda beat remind me?

He gets praised for getting Knocked the fuck out by Pavlik? Pavlik owned him in that fight simple as that. He got smoked against a fully fit Abraham in a one sided beat down, and lost nearly every round against Ward so he is basically an average fighter with some power who most if not all the top 10/15 at 168 would handle.

Yes I actually think Ward will unify. I think Ward will beat Abraham, yes. I don't look at boxrec rankings because a formula in a computer doesn't dictate rank. Pavlik walked through Mirandas punches and spashed him up against the ropes. I don't care what the judges say.

Lets look at this "impressive resume" you speak of...

Just so you know how a resume works... You don't normally put down the jobs you got fired from for failing at(Getting knocked the f*ck out or losing)

So his resume of finely tuned wins since the first Abraham fight...

    Willie Gibbs
    Allan Green
    Henry Porras
    David Banks
    Manuel Esparza
    Joey Vegas
    Francisco Sierra

    Wow!!! You're right!!!! I didn't realize.

Allan Green is the best fighter on there and that's while he was still reeling from his sickness... Don't make me laugh with your resume talk. He's a 168 gatekeeper at best and won't get a belt unless he fights for a vacant one which I don't see happening anytime soon.

    You're welcome for the lesson

OK, Ill give you that the jobs you got fired from dont help your resume. They do give you experience, but ok, let's throw that out the door. Im about to hire Miranda, Brinkley or Stevens. Let's only look at their wins as the resume we need to hire from.

    Miranda:
    Allan Green
    Howard Eastman
    Willie Gibbs
    Henry Porras
    David Banks
    Manuel Esparza
    Joey Vegas
    Francisco Sierra

    Brinkley
    Curtis Stevens
    Mike Paschall
    Joey Gilbert
    James Johnson
    Jason Naugler
    Ottis Griffin
    Isiah Henderson
    Dallas Vargas

    Stevens:
    Piotr Wilchzeski
    Don Mouton
    Ray Smith
    Thomas Reid
    Darnell Boone
    Johnathan Corn
    Dhafir Smith
    Marcos Primera

And if I happen to put their records next to their names then Brinkley and Stevens would be eating food stamps for a long time.
Who the fuck you gonna hire?

The guy is a complete joke POB, he goes round all the boxing forums spouting shite about Miranda, its just pathetic, I couldnt stop laughing when he praised his resume, when all the meaningful fights he has been destroyed.

He pops up now and then with his Miranda glasses on, no doubt he still thinks he is a force at 168 .
