De la Hoya easy. There's a hilarious picture somewhere on the web of the second ODLH-Mosley fight, right after the verdict was announced, with Mosley celebrating and ODLH dejected, with his pants like touching his armpits.

Foreman post comeback like Match said is who came to mind first, but De La Hoya did it a lot too. I think Williams just has no hips so his trunks ride up.

Lennox Lewis easy for my opinion altho yes Oscar does wear his trunks quite high as well.
In the NBA I think you'd have to throw Ron Artest into the mix...

You do sometimes see a referee point out what he considers belt line when giving instructions in the ring, the problem is the judges don't always comply with it.

Sometimes the same referee also penalises the fighter when they clearly hit the belt line. Also some fighters like Ruiz fake getting hit in the balls like he did with Holyfield, plainly cheating.

Check out McCrory's trunks against Donald Curry.
It may hve been a Steward/Kronk thing as the legendary Tommy Hearns wasn't averse to the high beltline.
Michael Grand it the Lewis fight looked like he was wearing a strapless dress.
