Pacquiao/Clottey current odds

Clottey is very good, but for Manny's possible finale it is a huge let down. It's just not possible to get up for this fight. He had it all there to go out on the highest point possible and we get Clottey. I hope it flops, it deserves to really. If nobody in the media will tell Manny he did wrong then the boxing public need to tell it with their wallets.

THat's really not fair. COnsidering Cotto minus his lack of durability was outboxing Pacquiao, I think Clottey could be a more dangerous opponent for Manny, and definitely deserves to be noted as a plausible opponent for anyone. Sure he isn't Floyd Mayweather, but he did better against the same opposition than Cotto did. He did at least as good against Cotto as Mosley did, and did it in ways that really impressed me, Cotto found it very difficult to land cleanly, and Clottey was out timing him.

If for nothing else it will be a really interesting match up just to see how Manny's explosive offensive style matches up against such a skilled defensive fighter like Clottey. It might also give a slight premise to how Mayweather-PAcquiao would go because if you watch Clottey-Judah and Mayweather-Judah they fought similar fights/styles against Zab. So it will be really interesting to see how Manny's speed, angles and footwork... work against somebody with their guard high, and if he is good enough defensively to avoid a well timed lead right hand all night.
