Three other close fights many deemed that Eubank lost - Watson I, Thornton, Rocchigiani - I've re-watched recently and score them all for Eubank by significant margins. He boxes beautifully in these three fights actually, sweeping the first 4 or 5 rounds of them and being efficient, effective or active enough down the stretch to keep his nose clearly in front.

I think Benn II was a genuine off-night for him. His offensive timing wasn't there.

Can't remember my RBR score, but I know it would be VERY hard to find a way that Eubank won that fight. I had Benn a clear winner

Had to go back and def had Benn up by 2.Have to say as crazy as it may sound out of all of his close-depatable fights I actually think Thorton deserved the nod over Eubanks in more convincing fashion.Rewatched and had him up 116-113,official score well skewed to me.He flat out out worked and out hustled a going through the motions Eubank.

when the final Bell went I knew Eubank hadn't won - but I seem to remember wondering about the draw.

the deducted point made all the difference.

I still can't believe there wasn't a third bout - no I don't count that Gladiators showdown thing

I can't really remember the other two fights you mentioned, but in my mind Chris Eubank for certain lost to Watson, Benn, in close but clear enough fashion.

I had Benn winning by a couple of rounds and from what I remember he was unlucky to get the point deduction. Eubanks wore his trunks far too high.

I watched this fight when i was real little..can't even remember it. Wanna go back and watch it but i hated Benn and was a big Eubank fan...so i'd probably be inclined to score the close rounds to eubank as the o.p did

Benn won the fight in question by 2 rounds .
    Other fights Eubank lost :-
Watson won the first fight with Eubank.
Dan Schommer beat Eubank by 3 rounds.
Eubank had numerous dodgy decisions , and never in my opinion " BOXED BEAUTIFULLY AS YOU SAY "

Eubanks was protected by the then new governing body called Warren Boxing Organisation.
