I don't see mosley or mayweather fight happening because of the rematch clause in their contract. If mosley wins he'll be occupied for the rest of the year. Although I haven't seen the contract, I assume that the rematch clause might only apply if Shane wins. Since Floyd can dictate the terms, why would he include the rematch clause if he's the victor? That would prevent him from pursuing a megafight with Manny.
If they win their respective matches, I believe the term for the blood test will be easier to negotiate. Floyd may gain confidence from the victory that he might agree to the 24 days cut off and Manny is down to his last fight before he retires that he might agree to the 14 days cut off. As long as they keep the purse split at 50/50, then we'll have a fight.
