i asked @ the gym & no one knew name, instructor said it didnt have one how can it not have a name

ok i will name it then

from now on its called the 'barbell weights on only one side & put the unweighted side into a room corner & lift the weighted side with your arms & shoulders'

In thinking about it I reckon the benefits in MMA would be the power to drive someone up wards and back into the gage with one arm explosively.
