Boxing is the best exercise for improve Boxing, in my opinion.

nothing like a good scrap in the street to get the pulse running, improve the reactions and facial conditioning.
it also helps to fight your fear of being hit and confronting opponents, the more you fight, the less of a shock it is to you.
The only way to be a great fighter is to fight.
