1 question. Is Erik suffering from dementia?A 4th fight with Pacquiao is like a 3rd fight between Tyson-Holyfield, it's pretty much irrelevant at this point, and I think Erik seriously gets hurt if he steps into a ring with Pacquiao at 147.

Seriously... he quit in the 3rd fight. No matter what I think of Pac, he would only finish the job quicker and more severe. There is just no point.
McGirt recalling the minute break between the 9th round of the Ward fight "He said, 'Help me stand up and I'll finish the fight.'"

Erik is a boxing legend. His place in history is secure but the guy who beat Pac has long gone. Eriks fallen a long way since whereas Pac has gone in the opposite direction. A fight bewteen the two would end decisively, quickly and dramatically for Erik who would fail to beat the count of 100.

Thats not to say that Pac wouldnt do the same thing to Marquez who isnt as washed up. I think he beat Pac twice but at 147 I dont give him much hope at all against Pac. It may be Peds or it may be something else but whatever it is, Pac has been able to sucessfuly move up but those guys cant. They are quality feathers and superfeathers. If he wants a 4th fight he should have it with Barrera or even take on Marquez at 147. Pac would walk right through him.

Exactly, Morales likely has no business at WW either. He has been out so long and not looked particularly good in his recent fights. Manny is still too fast and seems to hit harder and Morales hasn't even shown he can do anything at WW yet. I wish him well because he has been in so many great fights, but I think if he is to fight he should ease himself back rather than go looking to get blown straight back into retirement by Manny Pac. I'm sure Pac has no interest in another fight either. What would the point be?

The point is to make a few more San Miguel beer commercials with Pac.

Lucky for Morales (and every boxing fan alive), Pacquiao has far, far more important business to take care of.

Morales shouldn't be coming back period, much less against Pacquiao

Agreed. He shouldn't even be fighting Bobby Pacquiao at this point.

Spot on. To be honest, I have a sneaky feeling he is going to get stopped by Alfaro, he won't be in it to mess around.... This has to be some sort of publicity act ahead of his comeback fight on the 27th March.
