the only son of a systems analyst who is wearing a black T shirt is walking across the street. when suddenly a man on top of a tall building jumps and landed in front of the man walking.

Bystanders asked the man wearing black. "Who is that man?" referring to the one who jumped from the top of the building. The man in black answered.


"The father of that man is the son of my father"



What is the relationship of the man in black to the man who jumped?

Thank you for this riddle/logic question, I shut down the grid lab at the Chrysler stamping plant in Warren, Mi when I emailed this to them today and they took out the white board and tried to figure it out LOL, they called me with answer # 1, I'm sure they will be debating this for days now after I said the man in black is an only son so your answer must be wrong. I knew when when I sent this I would have a dozen UAW guys scratching their heads and wasting the day away, I know I was confused by it at first.
