Sheep - you have to look at it from their perspective, the Americans are always number one at everything. You can pool all the European countries and you would be hard pressed to think of something they do better than the Americans, I cant think of anything. Euros have to grasp at any straw they can get their hands on to be able to claim some type of victory in their own mind, however tainted it is.

funny thing is Europe as a whole got way more medals than the US in the olympics, which included a whopper silver and 2 bronze from the Irish

If you are going to include Europe as a country we're taking Canada as North America.
