Aaron Pryor would not demolish Floyd Mayweather Jr, Aaron Pryor is a bit overrated amongst fans these days. Yes he looked impressive vs Alexis Arguello who was slightly past his best and above his best weightclass, and against a past his prime Antonio Cervantes.

But other than that who else was there on his record ? it seems to me Aaron Pryor is a bit of myth. Because SRL supposedly avoided him, which im not saying is untrue.

But because of that he seems to get overrated, he only ever met one slick fighter in Gary Hilton. Who almost beat him, Aaron Pryor's reckless style wouldn't be effective against Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Pernell Whitaker would give Roberto Duran alot of trouble, Pernell Whitaker was very good at dealing with pressure fighters. Julio Cesar Chavez, Greg Haugen, Jose Luis Ramirez, Jorge Paez, Julio Cesar Vasquez, ETC.

But you are forgetting one thing, A prime Roberto Duran at 135 ain't no Julio Cesar Chavez, Jorge Paez, Jose Luis Ramirez, Julio Cesar Vasquez, etc. Duran was miles ahead of those guys in talent, boxing ability, chin, speed, power, especially at 135.
