Why doesn't anyone warn or take points away from Hopkins for his clinching? This SHOULDN'T be a part of boxing. Inside fighting is great, but blatant clinching is unnaceptable. It spoils fights and shouldn't be allowed.
Anyway, I thought Jones won the 5th (I think it was the 5th) and his share of the rounds down the stretch, so a Hopkins win but not by ridiculously wide margins. Hopkins should have lost a couple of points too.
Agreed. Hopkins won more rounds clearly and won the fight.
But he should have been deducted at least two points for his blatent headbutts and hittin after the bell and acting his ass off.
Just disgraceful performances by both.
