Yeah but they have to either

A. HOPE someone walks in and is wanting to buy it...

B. depending on if or how long that takes they have the money tied up in it...

c. If they have to have it sold at an auction house they lose the automatic fee for the auction and lose the appraisal price that the auctions use an outside appraiser for and they need to HOP it actually goes for 2500..

Those are the best scenario prices...does not mean they will get that much for it
