No sorry, I should say the hundred and one "robbery" losses (). When really it's a case of him not having the ability to dominate fighters.

He deserves respect for being a great opponent, he is not a great fighter though.
I don't think he's overrated mate, i don't personally think anyone on this board has ever said he's the best fighter in his division, or he's great or whatever. But he is a very good fighter.

Wins over.

Antonio Tarver
Clinton Woods

Montel Griffin
Yusaf Mack
Roy Jones Jr

Those are some pretty good wins, aswell as alot of close decision losses that could of gone his way.

But i agree that he's lost alot of close decisions, because he doesn't do any one thing. That great or he doesn't look spectacular when he's fighting. He's a workman like type fighter, and he never really turns it on, with great handspeed, or crushing power.
Plenty of people have called him great. He was also P4P ranked by The Ring after the Jones win.

It's cool, the done thing, for hardcore fans to love guys like Johnson. That's what I meant by overrated. Many a guy on here call genuine elite fighters overrated/bum but will rave about a limited tough guy like Johnson
