Didn't get to see this as I was at work, how was Sprott doing until that point?

Sprott was winning. Harrison was fighting with one arm from the 2nd round onwards.

Has anyone ever lost when using one-arm? Seems that whenever someone injures an arm they win one way or another.

Nah, most of them lose by getting outworked or quit. We just tend to remember those who win.
