Eat 2-3 hrs prior to any maximum exertion. Preferably heavy on the carbs, pasta etc. Not a bad idea to have a banana or 2 for closer to the match, within last hr. This will give you an added sugar boost and feign off hunger with positive results.
Can't help you much about the pooping part. Dunno. Have you tried Cottonelle?![]()
