Hopkins was fouling from the opening bell. He should have gotten points deducted for all the headbutts and low blows, not to mention the rabbit punches. I factor these point deductions when I score the fight. RJJ got a point deducted in the 6th round when Hopkins was leading with the head, and was holding on to Roy Jones Jr's hand. Jones's foul wasn't nearly as bad as Hopkins's fouls and Hopkins created the situation that led to the foul.

So as much as you want to make it sound like I am crazy for scoring the fight to Jones, if you look at the blatant fouls that Hopkins had, and the clean punching that Jones had throughout the fight, it's not crazy at all to score it for Jones.

Watch it again ElTerribleMorales. Many of those rounds were close, and depending on how you viewed it could have gone either way. Who is Morales going to fight next?

i had Hopkins winning it basically like 8-4 plus the extra point for the deduction against Jones in the 6th, sorry i'm no ref to be taking away points on my card as i please, Hopkins won the fight, even if he didn't look good at all in doing so, both guys sucked ass that night and both should retire, in no way did Jones turn back the clock

and as for Morales, i don't know who he's fighting next, all i know is that he should just go back and retire
