Froch stuck in England by Volcanic ash

Well, until he changes his attitude and stops telling us how hard he hits, how quick he is and how good his chin is and all the other lies and bullshiit like how Calzaghe avoided him, im not going to like him and neither will anyone else.

Maybe if he had kept his gob shut we would accept him as a messy fighter whos done ok in his last few fights but after listening to all his self promoting crap then to watch him struggle against 2 completely untested fighters and get dropped by an ex middle weight and win that one by the skin of his teeth, its just annoying.

Im not sure that Kessler is the fighter he was, I think hes had that arrogance and hunger robbed from him by Calzaghe but im enjoying the fact that mother nature is even trying to make it difficult for Carl now

I havent seen or heard any reports on Kesslers training or sparring, I did read that Kessler said he left his sparring too late in the Ward camp, didnt have enough?? Who knows? He should have still delt with Ward!

saw a bit on hattontv with him and his trainer

says training is going well, fitter than he has even been, etc etc etc

Also going on about how his actually more english than danish due to his mum being english

He could always find a good boat to travel over, or hire a corrupted russian crew to drive him within a few hours with a submarine, or hire somebody for the flying tandem velo

On a more serious note, there are tons of decent ferry going there and while he's stuck in England, he can always train till he decide to take an aternative way (tunnel via luxury bus or via some boat), I don't see that being a factor for the fight result.

Kesslers promoter has just announced that Froch will be flown in by Helicopter in good time


"We will make sure the Cobra gets to Herning in good time to fight Mikkel,” Kessler´s promoter Kalle Sauerland said. “The Volcano cannot serve as an excuse for Froch not to show up. Nothing can prevent the biggest boxing fight in Danish history from happening. We are already looking into different ways of transportation. Should need be, we will fly Froch in by helicopter for Mikkel to knock him out. He can then take the boat back home – once Mikkel is done with him, I doubt he will be allowed on a normal plane anyway.”

Froch is a class fighter, he`s favourite to win the super6 for a very good reason. Once he does eventually have the opportunity to hand both ward and dirrell(again) their arses on a plate i anticipate a lot of sour, bitter people on this site

Since then, he's spoken better, been more down to earth and has defeated Pascal, Dirrell and Taylor in his own back yard. The Pascal and the Taylor fights were very entertaining aswell.

Now he's going to Denmark to fight Kessler. On a side note, if he beats Kessler, does he become p4p worthy?

Acording to this, Froch refuses to drive or sail and Denmark is nowhere near opening there aair space again.

I reckon Froch will pull out because hes not comfortable with the rush job hes been left with to get over there and he wont have any fans there either.

There is a video I found after someone mentioned hatton tv where hennesey and Froch are going on about how great the town of Herning is and it has a couple of bars, really trying to entice people over

Personally, I like Khan and Froch too though I think the latter will face his waterloo against Kessler and if not, possibly Ward or Bute but as for the man himself, I have bloody nothing against.
