I haven't had it taken in a bit but I imagine I'm somewhere around 12-13 percent just going off past times I've used the calipers comparing them to the shape I'm in now. Who knows though I could have just an inflated opinion of myselfThe old gym I used to go to SPD was a top notch facility who they had a pool where you could go underwater step on a skill, do some exercises and they could calculate your exact body fat. That was like 30 bucks but it was a complete analysis, so I never did it but I would like to one day as it seems to be the most accurate.
I have a partial six pack, I'm not washboard status by any means but it wouldn't take much I've just been eating out a lot after golfing and I notice my face has gotten a lot fatter lately, looking at that golf picture I posted it's kind of disturbing how fat my face has become but I've really done 0 toning exercises lately just been working on building my raw strength.
