Now tell me, what would happen if Pac the great tested positive for banned substances?

Expecting Pacquiao to allow the blood test all the way to fight date would be too much of a stretch especially if it is not even a requirement of that state's boxing commission

It's not a requirement for the state boxing comission to ask Floyd for $10,000,000 per extra pound, yet, Floyd is totally fine with it among other demands Pac came up with. Floyd just asked for one which is fair for EVERYBODY but Pac has come up with all kind of contradicting silly excuses to not take the test. Mosley took the tests and so did Floyd, and nobody got a heart attack or nightmares.

Maybe if pac was the only one being tested that would hold water. But both floyd and pac are subjected to tests. A more realistic comparison would be to say to pac. You can either take the test or be fined 10 mil for not taking them.
