Then Kevin Mitchell would totally befuddle him, John Murray is simply too one dimensional and he come's straight forward in straight lines. Kevin Mitchell would use angles and totally outbox him.

John Murray should avoid boxers and fight someone like Juan Diaz, David Diaz.

You seem to always mention the fight against Al Hamidi that was an off night John Murray preforms better when the opponents are higher standard, so now Mitchell is some boxing technition? Mitchell was about to be stopped by Carl Johanasen till he turned it round at 130, Murray is a big lightweight, Mitchell against Murray would be a good fight my money is on Murray.
Thats because John Murray has never ever met anyother boxers, except maybe John Thaxton but he's old and shot. John Murray looks good against fighters that come towards, because that's all he can do he's very one dimensional.

Kevin Mitchell was never close to being stopped by Carl Johanneson, it was a back and forth battle. But Kevin Mitchell never looked like being stop at any point in the fight.

And thats only because Kevin Mitchell stood and traded with him, he's an improved boxer and he has more dimensions than John Murray.

And i don't care care if that was an off night, John Murray still shouldn't be getting gift decisions off fighters with losing record's. And that fight just tells me he can't adjust and he'd be picked apart by a good boxer.

Did you miss the Lee Mcallister fight? He is the best boxer he has ever faced.

I haven't seen that one mate, i've seen most of his fights. Especially his recent ones, but i don't know why i missed that one. I'll have to check that one out later.

To be fair Lee was having good spells in the fight and was outboxing John until John just made him fight his fight, I am not saying Murray is the new superstar or anything but he is capable of beating Mitchell imo.

For me, Murray will certainly get beat if he comes up against a quality slick boxer or someone with great variety and power. Until then, he'll keep imposing his will, and I believe he would impose that will on Mitchell too and give him a beat down. No way Mitchell has the power to keep Murray off IMO. Mitchells one fight where he boxed very well was against Prescott, who was and is at best a lucky punch fighter. I'd probably say that Lee McCallister has better boxing skills, movement and variety than Mitchell does. Mitchell, at heart certainly likes to trade so it wouldn't take too many rounds of not being able to keep a guy off him for him to fire back.

Disagree with Mitchell not looking like getting stopped againt Johansen mate. I thought he was out on his feet at one point.

I agree, Johanneson had Mitchell in dire straits in one of the middle rounds, Mitchell survived by the skin of his teeth, and came back to win well, but he was in deep against Johanneson.
