I liked Lennox as an announcer. Apparently the only person on the planet who did too.

I didn't mind him either.

Tarver is the best ex-boxer commentator IMO.

He is a colourful commentator and is good at his job but I do think he is abit biased towards Yanks or towards whoever he likes rather than calling it down the middle.

I've never noticed Tarver to be biased at all. He calls everything fairly and is very insightful. Everyone has their own opinions though...

only crack i ever heard Tarver make was when he "accidentally" call Froch crotch in the Dirrell fight i believe

I don't think any legitimate broadcaster would do that on purpose on the air.

It says on boxing scene that Lewis quit. Whoever wrote the article saying he was fired probably works for HBO and was trying to save their rep.

They are trying to get Roach to replace him. You cant understand that bloke at the best of times and he is getting worse.

it was Rafael who (although an ass) works for ESPN, which is owned by Disney Enterprises and has no affiliation with HBO, so don't really think he'd be trying to make anyone look good or bad here

I don't no about that didn't he have Froch winning against Dirrell or if he didn't he said you couldn't argue with the result it was a close fight?
