pac goes for the kill while mayweather just wants to finish with a W... money doesn't seem to care about KOs or the fans enjoyment of the fights.

so i think pac woulda taken shane out around round 7.

first of all, mosley/pacquiao will never happen. it's too much of a dangerous fight for pacquiao, besides, they've already ducked him! and to say pacquiao ko's mosley simply does not know that mosley has never been ko'd. and what makes anybody think mosley can't hurt pacquiao? sure he can and he probably would. pacquiao is a great fighter like mosley, williams, mayweather and others. he's not the only great fighter in the sport. and since he is human, he too can get hurt and ko'd.

I think Pacquiao would have won, but in a very difficult fight because its Floyd's elusiveness and ability to draw you into a boxing contest that makes guys like MOsley so ineffective against him. In either a slug out or a boxing contest against Pacquiao, I think Mosley does much better simply because Pacquiao isn't as skilled as Floyd.

One things for sure I don't think that Shane would have gassed out as badly as he did against Floyd.

He burned up so much nervous energy standing in front of Floyd trying to second guess him/look for shots, he couldn't just relax and let it flow like he did with Margarito... Because he was finding it hard to figure out were Floyd was/was gonna be.

Don't think he would have burned up half as much energy trying to find Pac. Pac's got a lot of Athleticism but I still don't think that he's that smart of a boxer.

I also think that the worst thing Shane could of done was hit Floyd with his money shot (right hand over the jab) so early... once Floyd has been stung there was no chance it was going to land again and Shane spent the rest of the fight looking for it.

It could've gone eitherway, PAC is hittable compared to Floyd but PAC has more power and more relentless than PBF. So If Pac got nailed by that right hand in the 2nd he could've been stopped otherwise Manny stops Mosely late in the fight.

This is the single best post on what happened in that fight. It's clear that Shane can't deal with guys who he has to figure out (Floyd, Winky & Cotto early). The difference with Floyd is that he never found anything after that 2nd round and used all his energy up trying to create openings. Pacquiao stylistically is a great fight for Shane, comes at you with a leaky defence. Shane has one of the best chins in boxing, and I still think hits harder than Pacquiao, and even if Pac does hurt him, he's not the amazing finisher that many make him out to be.

Exactly, if Clottey was too tough of a nut to crack then how is he going to break down Shane and stop him?

9 people voted that pacquiao would knock out mosley

Mosley aint going down for nobody in his career, not floyd and not manny

I would of had a similar situation to the beatdown he put on cotto only with mosley taking slightly less punishment

Something like a 118-110 win for pac
    one dangerous horrible bloke

i think mosley would of wilted around the 9th or 10th, mosley was looking tired with mayweather, i got the impression that if mayweather would of steeped it up a gear he could of gotten shane out of there, this is wear i think pac wouldnt of let him off the hook

I really think Shane beats Manny, Styles make fights and Manny whilst awsome is kind of easy to hit, against Mosley that's a problem if Mosley land a few big shots this fight is over.

shane knocks out pacman if he hit him like he hit floyd in the second, no amount of roids would of saved him.
