New forum sucks

Sorry if it's been brought up and answered but i am having trouble inserting pictures into my posts. Any ideas?

I was thinking about making a thread like this then i thought i cant even be bothered to take the time to say how bad the new set up is because its that bad!

why fix something that aint broken?

the sad thing is the internet is evolving all the time and if you stay using old outdated scripts you leave yourself open to be hacked and spammed to shit... i really don;t enjoy having to update this place but sometimes it has to be done or we would still be typing "great guestbook post".

Where can i get my refund please saddo? i cant even find the damn smiley faces to add to my text! Old forum was just to good! When you've had the best you will want nothing less!

and there lies the problem mate... anything new takes alittle time to learn but saying that if you had took the time to look just above your rant post you would have no need to ask where the smilies are.

this is however a problem for lazy people and 99% of internet users are to lazy to read anything including me, so it does need sorting.

What i just double clicked and it went to a different way of replying with smileys this is crazy, and about that refund?

just takes a bit of getting used to mate... i have to learn like everyone one else, but the more i play around the better i like this version.

should be fixed now mate its in your setting... in the past i had the forum set to advanced posting, with this forum not everyones setup is right for that yet its a java issue i think. i have changed your profile settings and it should now work

Ha..hey boss one thing while we're knocking it around.When you hit "whats new" the window thread titles pop up but are huge?Any chance of condensing it,keeping all 'current' updates on one page.....or does it just take time to catch up and minimize?

I know mate..I get that all of the time ha.Sorry chief.When I click "whats new" it opens another page."search results" and lists new posts.On left it says thread title.....in middle:who posted in it and when.....and on right side: its board location

But there is a 5 inch gap in between them.And writing directly in the middle of section stating # of views and posts in that thread.But it runs from top to bottom Hard to describe. The old forum had "new posts" and all was tight,compact...this is basically same but sooooo wide apart
