They were there from day 1? it seems strange that they would agree to the terms then later disagree? aswell i think it is pretty random as it leaves all the way upto preparing for the fight to be tested until 2 weeks out which sounds random to me but just as a precaution of coming in weak for the fight seems like a good idea to me at the level these guys are fighting at little things like this cant be overlooked as they could be the difference between winning and losing, but still in 2 weeks some shorter acting PED's could be in the system i just think its stupid tbh because in 2 weeks its not like the PED's would have time to give much of an advantage.
