There were rumors not to long ago. Most of them were proliferated by fighthype and I think mmajunkie.com. But there was definitely an article on some bogus he will fight for the UFC rumor.

This doesn't validate the rumors (obviously) but it clearly is in response to when they were being floated around the internet. I couldn't find it but we had a big thread on here about it.

Just found this thread. What a surprise Dana isn't totally "anti-drug". I think when Floyd totally kicked the UFC's arse in PPV numbers when he fought Marquez it hurt White more than he let on. He knows boxing STILL has the selling power over MMA as long as the right fights can be made and it always will!

I really hope that if/when Pac vs Floyd does happen, Dana tries to match with say Anderson Silva vs GSP (I think this is the fight most MMA fight fans want to see more than any, forgive me if I'm wrong) to try and outsell boxings biggest match and just watch his big fat face gutted when later he got asked about how he thought he could compete with the very elite of boxing!! That would be priceless.

I really don't even mind MMA but Dana White is a prick that tries to put boxign down at every opportunity then says "I'm a boxing guy" Twat!!
