As sinister manmade Soviet laboratory creations the Klitschko "brothers" don't qualify as actual brothers under the standard definition of the word. They may both share a body part donor, maybe one "brother" has one specific organ donor's liver and the other "brother" got his kidneys or something, but that's as close as they get to being able to lay any claim on being brothers.

Maybe the same company made the bolts that fix their heads onto their bodies but that doesn't qualify them as brothers either.
