It seems like only five minutes ago that people were thinking cotto would beat floyd now there are those that are actually picking foreman to beat him......man how things change. Anyway since there are some cool cotto fans here on this board i'm picking him, or at least throwing what little good luck his way i guess. I really don't see how steward can make the guy any better but i do see how foreman can bicycle and frustrate cotto. I just don't know how good foreman really is, i mean santos and cotto are on two different levels. I'd hate to see another dimitry salita type ass whoopin. At the very least i hope it lasts a bit.

I see a complete beating for Foreman. I've seen Foreman in the past and I was not impressed. Yes he can box but if the old Cotto shows up who bangs the hell out of the body. My guess is Yuri will be a stationary target about the fifth or sixth round. Yuri doesn't have too much pop so it is not likely he will keep Cotto off of him with anything serious. I'd say Cotto by an easy KO in about nine.
I just want Cotto to break him down just to see the old Cotto. I think he's still got gas in the tank to do it.

I see Cotto beating Foreman relatively easy.
Foreman has a size advantage and the better footwork but Cotto has the advantage in every other catergory imo.
I see Cotto pressing the action, controlling the pace behind his superior jab, and i see him catching Foreman with shots when he does attack coming in.
Cotto by decision or late stoppage.
Ah, I didn't notice that the thread had been cut. In that case I think both fighters are extremely lovely, but I hope that lovely Cotto edges it because he is even nicer.
I think Foreman's reach and footspeed win the day for him. Cotto is going to have a hard time getting to that body at all. I like Cotto and I think he is one of generation's best boxer/punchers, but all of these tough fights have come at a cost to him, Foreman's handspeed will undoubtedly open some cuts in bad places. If at any point Cotto has to retreat and start dancing on the ropes he's done.
I fully admit Cotto could catch Foreman and put a whoopin on him, playing it out in my head though I see Foreman boxing circles around him. Cotto will probably have the judges favor which is why I went with SD. I think it will be a pretty clear 116-112, 117-111 card for Foreman in reality.

Anyone know what time the weigh-in is?
