140 pounds is just a stepping stone division though not very often do guys stick around there, great fighters like Whitaker, Mayweather, Pacquiao and De La Hoya have all competed at 140 but didn't stick arouund for more then a couple fights. Even Hatton only fought Maussa, Urango, Castillo, Lazcano, Malignaggi and Pacquiao at 140 as a titlist which really isn't the most impressive bunch in the world.

vitali klitschkos record doesnt show a single big name win to his name, does that mean we have to count him out of the all time lists
