If you believe that he did I will not be able to change your mind here.
But with testing at the level it is recently, it would be nearly impossible to use anything without being caught in a World Title fight.

I don't mean to disregard the video, but it is a very one sided portrayal of the interview in how it shows certain answers and cuts the subsequent questions.
